Morten Severon has over 30 years of management expertise and a proven track record in promoting leading e-commerce companies. For more than two years, he has been shaping the strategic course of TonerPartner as CEO and has been instrumental in driving the further development of the digital business. Prior to joining TonerPartner, Morten gained extensive management experience at renowned companies such as Office Depot/Viking and Otto Group. There, his responsibilities included the expansion of digital structures, the optimisation of business processes and the successful implementation of complex transformation projects. With his in-depth industry knowledge, strategic perspective and clear focus on sustainable growth, Morten Severon is playing a decisive role in shaping the future of the CYAN GROUP.

Manuel is responsible for IT at CYAN GROUP as CIO and Managing Director. He is driving the transformation to a scalable, agile company and modernising our system landscape. Before joining CYAN GROUP in 2022, he was Director of E-Commerce and Omnichannel at ALDI Nord, Managing Director of an e-commerce agency, and founded several e-commerce start-ups himself.

Guy has been Chief Operating Officer at CYAN GROUP since 2022. Process-oriented, he focuses on structuring fast-paced and changing environments, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in fast-growing, medium-sized companies. Having worked in various EU countries for over 10 years, he is particularly known for his pragmatic, fact- and process-oriented approach to work, which is focused on quality and supports CYAN GROUP in its internationally oriented positioning.
