CYAN GROUP is a recognised long-standing training company. In close cooperation with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, we can offer you a secure training position.

We are currently training employees in the professions of warehouse clerk, warehouse logistics specialist, wholesale and foreign trade clerk with a focus on wholesale, and system integration specialist. From 2023, e-commerce clerk will also be added to these apprenticeship professions.

In addition to a varied working day, lots of great experiences and exciting challenges, your contact person will be at your side throughout your training period. From the very first year of training, you will be valued and employed as a full-fledged employee. After successfully completing your training, you can then start your career with us as a qualified specialist.

Training always begins on 1 August.

Lateral entry

Even if you are changing careers, we offer you the opportunity to help drive the company forward. Especially in the areas of logistics and sales & service, it is not essential that your CV already shows experience in these areas. Our programmes and processes are so easy to use that, after a training period, you will be just as valuable as a specialist.

Specialists and managers

As a specialist or manager, you are of course also very welcome to join us. Your accumulated experience will help us move forward in your team and also in the group as a whole. We are always open to new ideas and look forward to receiving your application.

Company pension scheme

We support every employee in setting up a supplementary pension at an early stage. It is entirely up to you whether you take out the insurance purely with the employer's contribution or add your own contribution via deferred compensation.

Benefits in kind

Non-cash benefits are part of our salary package. The current maximum tax-free amount is €50.00. You can receive this amount net in the form of a fuel voucher or a prepaid credit card.

Overtime compensation

We record your working hours down to the minute. Where possible, you can then compensate for this with time off. In consultation with your manager, payment can also be made from time to time.

On-Boarding

To ensure you can hit the ground running, you will receive comprehensive training. We will show you everything you need to know for your job, step by step. Our online employee handbook is always up to date, so you will have all the information you need and always be up to speed.

Internal training

To ensure that our employees are constantly provided with new knowledge, regular (internal) training and further education measures take place.

Lunch

In cooperation with an external partner, our employees have the option of ordering hot lunches to the office. The employer subsidises each meal with €3.00. Everything from classic chicken schnitzel to a delicious roast is available.

Work clothes

Depending on your job, we will provide you with the appropriate work clothing free of charge. This mainly applies to logistics and reception staff.

Team & corporate events

To ensure that we create wonderful memories together, we regularly organise company events such as a summer party or a Christmas party. However, individual departments also often offer joint activities.
