CHIP Leading Shops 2022

Having been on the market since 1993, we at TonerPartner can look back on many years of experience, which we are happy to share with you in the form of an extensive product range and comprehensive service. Independent portals such as CHIP also recognise our advantages and have honoured us for our commitment to online retail. For this reason, we are proud to be counted among the CHIP Leading Shops 2022. And that means something! Only 999 or approx. 9.5% of the online shops tested were able to meet all criteria and are now entitled to carry this certification. We are proud to be part of this small group, which impresses in terms of user-friendliness, security, product presentation and service.

Both our enormous range of original and tested compatible accessories and our service meet the high expectations of our customers. For this reason, TÜV Saarland awarded us a grade of 1.8 in the TÜV customer satisfaction survey in September 2022. The TÜV customer satisfaction rating is based on a representative customer survey covering overall satisfaction, willingness to recommend, and three correlation points: the search function on the website, clarity, and available products. The focus here is primarily on the service that our customers expect from our online shop and which, according to them, we provide with flying colours. However, we are not resting on our laurels and will continue to be there for you with our comprehensive service! We would like to thank you for your rating and for your trust!
